Sika 30 Latex Levelling Compound (25kg, Buff) is a polymer-modified, self-smoothing floor levelling compound for creating a flat, smooth substrate prior to the installation of floor coverings including tiles, vinyl, carpet, and wood flooring. The latex-modified formulation provides improved flexibility and adhesion compared to standard levelling compounds, making it suitable for use over underfloor heating systems and slightly flexible substrates.

Suitable for use over concrete, sand/cement screeds, and most existing floor coverings in good condition. Mix with water and apply by trowel or squeegee to achieve a smooth, level surface.
