Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
